I am really offended by that article you wrote about Shenae Grimes today. Not only is it complete slander, a lot of it is just bad reporting.  All of your sources about her are from either gossip magazines or gossip sites, but since you are the latter I shouldn't be surprised.  I find it really sad that you would go out of your way to attack this young Torontonian when you clearly do not know much about her.

First of all that picture you have of her getting on the subway after a "rough night" couldn't be more of a lie. She was actually on her way to the Queen West Extreme Fitness, which you could tell if the picture didn't cut out her running shoes, and her "rough night" actually consisted of her watching the Junos with her parents, whom she stays with when she is back in Toronto.  A close friend of mine is a member of the same gym as Shenae goes to and she has been in the same early morning spinning class a few times over the last couple weeks.  They actually had a discussion about Drake's performance a the Junos the very next morning.  She said Shenae has been extremely pleasant and poses for photos with fans and even has long conversations with many of them.  That Zach Taylor "exclusive" about her partying too much and her parents being worried about her was a complete fabrication from a blogger that just doesn't like her.

I know it might to too much trouble to actually read that Dirrty Glam article, but if you actually did you would know that it makes multiple references to her philanthropic work.  Last month Shenae organized and hosted a charity benefit/photo exhibit for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  One of Shenae's best friends was diagnosed with Hodskin's Lymphoma and Shenae organized the whole event because of her.

She has also been working with the charity Best Buddies for the last year.  She hosted a bowling event for some mentally disabled children last winter and even brought gifts for them.  She has participated in many other Best Buddy events as well.

She was also the spokesperson for the Model Citizen Campaign for LEI Jeans.  I contest which chooses an ordinary girl and makes her the model for their upcoming ad campaign. They give the winner a $100,000 scholarship and encourage applicants to donate jeans to the charity Fashion Delivers, which helps provide clothes to people in impoverished countries.

I know you probably don't care about any of this because it's not as "scandalous" as the article you wrote about Shenae, but I thought I should enlighten you and your readers about some of the good Shenae has done.
